NOTE: Your planning deposit is non-refundable. The planning deposit must be paid prior to beginning any research. If you do not book, your deposit will be retained as services rendered. I ask that you allow 1-2 business days for a response with quotes to your email that you have provided.

To secure the quoted price emailed to you, you must provide a deposit within 24 hrs or pay in full depending on the timeline of travel. Most full payments are due 45-60 days prior to the date of travel. Deposits are only good for 24 hrs!
Planning Deposit vs Trip Deposit
A planning deposit is a fee paid to your travel agent for pulling quotes. This is not refundable nor is this applied towards yours trip. Trip deposit is a fee paid to secure the the price sent via quote. This is refundable if insurance is purchased & does go towards your trip.
